My whole ribcage around my middles back is so painful...I had an emergency c-sec 3 months ago and was given the all clear to excercise 4 weeks ago...I have tried going for a jog but can't and even doing yoga hurts! The only excercise I can do is walking...and getting a bit bored of that! Has anyone else this problem....is it because my tummy muscles are weak from the c-sec? My abs feel rock hard (under the layer of fat!!!) I don't know what to do!
