Hi help needed please! I have a 9 month old daughter, today her belly button was really red. Does anybody know why? Does this look normal? Any help would be appreciated thank you.

That looks infected
I'd be ringing the doctor to get some antibiotic cream.

If she's well and doesn't have a temperature I'd be booking an OOH appt for tomorrow. If she's uncomfortable or has a temperature I'd be calling 111 tonight for a review tonight. It looks like it needs treatment but could wait til tomorrow if she's otherwise well.
