We're live tomorrow morning at 11.45 am with Russell Brand who will be telling us about his latest book Recovery: Freedom From Addictions

Russell will be talking about his own recovery and how he believes the 12 steps recovery programme can help people - whatever scale of addiction they are on - to find a happier and healthier life. He will be answering questions about the book and sharing the practical advice he has been taught through his 14 years of recovery.

We'll also be talking to Russell about his role as a new dad. When he was last at MNHQ and BC, we filmed him - We'll be showing him the video live tomorrow to see whether his tips and views of parenting have changed now he's a dad.
