Hi sorry for quite a long post but im overly embarrassed to talk to anyone close to me. So i had been getting stabbing pains on one side of my lower stomach for 3days, i then started my monthlys a week earlier than expected it was really heavy TMI!!! and while i wiped there was something squidgy that looked like a seahorse shape it was sooo tiny. I will attach a picture I literally want to know what this could be thank you too anyone that answers xxxx. Pic included.

You've posted in the wrong section! This is for when outside people come on and do a web chat.

For what it's worth, that just looks like a bit of endometrium which naturally gets sloughed off during a period. The lining of the womb fills with blood each month but some of the membrane comes out too with your period (sometimes quite a lot!).

If you're worried, see your doctor.
