My 6 month old daughter was sleeping through the night 6pm-6-6.30am until a couple of weeks ago until she started waking at 4.30am on the dot. I thought it was the dawn light waking her so installed blackout blinds. Some nights she wakes and goes back to sleep with her dummy, but other nights she won't sleep until she has some milk, and other nights (like tonight) she won't go back to sleep at all! She now seems to be in this routine, any advice on how to get her to wake up a little later? Thank you!
