Hello - Harriet's doing her own typing so things are a little slower than normal (we usually do guests' typing for them) - please bear with us, we'll try to get through as many as possible.

Harriet's still at MNHQ (doing the radio interview!) so before she goes we'll see if we can ask her to follow up with any further responses later on.

Sorry again - tis always difficult for webchat guests to get around to everything and there were a lot of qs here, but we realise some of you are disappointed that yours (or other people's) weren't answered and we'll see what we can do.

OK Harriet says she would try to log on later and follow up on some of those she didn't get around to.

Thanks for comments/suggestions on the webchat process - we do suggest that guests prepare some answers in advance, and during the chat we try to highlight emerging themes/topics - we don't like to be too bossy about exactly how guests do things because we're conscious they're giving their time to us, often out of pretty busy schedules, and MN webchats aren't (yet) compulsory but we will have a think about how we might be able to help future guests on busy chats get through a few more questions.
