I've just had similar with buying Kylie tickets. They charged me £5.95 x 2 convenience charge??? Whatever that is and then postage on top of that so in all £12 worth of charges for two tickets. What a rip off. Wish I could help.

i not long ago went to concert and there was a admin charge on the box office website so i thought ill go straight to the box office and pay it..but it was closed anyway..i read the dets and it didnt make any different with the admin charges as the only thing is make the different that you would pick the tickets up as it was £2.00 delivery charge
