Milton Keynes is all standing isn't it? Not sure how it works as I had seated tickets for Wembley...can't remember how much they were off the top of my head but surely the tickets were different prices depending on where you were...how does that apply to Milton Keynes if where you stand must depend on what time you turn up?

lyla · 05/05/2006 14:03

well i wont be going, cant expect my DD & DS to stand all day which is why i paid for seats at wembley AngryAngry

noo, i think i got them through his fan website. Will check that.

PollyLogos · 05/05/2006 14:22

I haven't received the e-mail yet.

I looked at the web site for milton keynes bowl and from info written about the Bon Jovi concert it looks as if all tickets will be valid for the one area. Whilst this is OK for me (I bought the cheapest standing tickets) it does seem very unfair for those who paid for seats.

Joceybean · 05/05/2006 17:05

Have just had the email. Confirmed Milton Keynes with the same dates as before.

I knoiw it isn't what many wanted, but as a little positive note for some of you worried about the new venue - I saew Robbie at Milton Keynes Bowl a few years ago and it is (or was then) a good venue. We spent a lot of time sat on the grass, only standing for the actual concert parts - which you often do even with seats anyway. We were reasonably far back as I don't like any potential pushing and shoving you can get at the front, but still had a good view and there were big screens everywhere. The ground is pretty sloped so makes for good tiered style venue. And it wasn't that big a nightmare to get out of!

futurity · 05/05/2006 17:20

I'm not sure what to do...talking to someone this afternoon and they said it took them 3 1/2 hours to get out of Milton Keynes bowl when they went!

hulababy · 06/05/2006 19:50

It only took us about an hour to get out when we saw Robbie there, compared to about 4 hours at Knebworth!

inkyminky · 06/05/2006 19:56

RTKanga,
How many tickets do you have? Have been trying to sweettalk dp for ages and he would actually prefer mk bowl [GRIN] Result!

I really do not have a clue how much they are worth if you could give me a rough idea of how much your looking for I'd be grateful.

inkyminky · 06/05/2006 19:59

Sorry, sorry, just noticed it was for one ticket...sulks away all embarrassed Blush
