Indeed, a very good idea... it might help someone associated with Government (ie in a party where she may be heard by senior members, rather than one on the opposition side) also understand (and pass on wisdom) that petty rules to stamp anything out don't work when it comes to the internet (or do work 'a bit' if you cut your whole country off from the outside world via a censor-wall such as China has done, but even that's not completely 'protective').
Under Labour a Minister wanted to have web sites 'classified' much like films, to have 'U' 'PG' '18' but that again is clearly impractical, as content on, and ownership of, a website can change in a matter of hours, so any classification can be out of date as soon as it is made, and who would be viewing all the pages so photos related to medical procedures were not 'censored' too...
Automation can only go so far, and to scan and rescan millions of sites and billions of web pages day after day, would need more processing power than all ISPs together could fund.
