Hi there,

As many of you know, we're campaigning for the government to make it mandatory for employers to publish their parental leave policies, and Justine has written a piece for Grazia about the campaign. You can read it here: graziadaily.co.uk/life/parenting/companies-publish-parental-leave/

The government's parental leave and pay review is now open, and we'll be submitting a response. As always, if you have any comments or ideas about what we should be doing campaigns-wise (and what we should include in our response!), please do drop us a line on [email protected].

Thanks,
MNHQ

I’d take into account the needs of employers at this very tough economic time. Continually asking for more and more might be ok for FTSE 100 employers but others aren’t as financially bouyant snd it drives a wedge between “good” employers and those trying to keep their heads sbove water. It’s important to recognise employers matter too.
