I have been given permission by MNHQ to post this on the multiples board as it is most relevant to those of you who use this board. It is also up in media requests, but as it's quite specialised I thought I would get more responses posting directly here.
I would like to point out that I am working with the NHS and the Department on Health and not a commercial organisation.
I am a mum of twins myself and I am keen to involve other mums of multiples in creating this content so that it delivers the advice and information we need.
I am currently writing a series of articles for the new Twins & More section on NHS Choices (nhs.uk) and I am looking for mothers of twins and more to contribute in the following sections:
Tips on coping with twins from birth - five eg sleeping strategies, feeding, routines, developing individuality, sharing, dividing your attention between two, coping with getting out and about and separation at school
Supporting siblings of twins - how did you support your other children when your twins or more came along
Tips for mums of triplets - I am really looking for mums of triplets to guide me as to what they would have found useful to read about when they had their children
I am also seeking a case study which can be anonymous if you wish:
A mum with twins or more who had postnatal depression
If you are interested in helping out please contact me on [email protected]
Thanks for your time.
