Nanny/Mother's Help/HELP recommendations in Central London please

Hi there
I am an Australian with 3 month old identical twin girls and am not really coping well at all. I live in central london and have no family here...I think I have to accept that my girls are hard work and I need help. I dont want to go through an agency and would prefer to go through recommendations. Can anyone recommend someone to help me?? I think I may need someone for about 4-5 hours a day, 3-4 days a week. thanks in advance

Have you advertised on Gumtree?

I really feel for you. I am working with twins 11 weeks and it is a lot of work. I hope you find some help soon.
