hello!!!
Im a childminder and im looking for a new double buggy, i saw this in another conversation, and have a few questions for anyone who has one...

  • does it fold up small? is it flat or umbrella fold?
  • how does it steer, is it light?
  • is there a basket underneath?
  • could i fit a buggy board? and do you think it would still be easy to push and steer if i did? the toddler that would use it is quite big! I want it for my ds who will be four months when i use it, a one year old and a 3 year old. whadaya rekon? The price looks great, but i only have a tiny house, and need something thats going to be small to store, as i already have a big single pram pushchair that is ds's that i want to keep in here too. omg, im such a pushchair addict!! thanks!!

We're in Whetstone now, so a bus ride away from you (if I'm remebering right about where you are!). Not as posh as Muswell Hill, but so much more living space. And we're still in an area where there's no chance of getting ds into one of the better schools.. typical!!

MarsLady · 08/08/2005 09:16

Whetstone's not too shabby. When I go walking with my friends we go through Whetstone, or is that Totteridge. Blimey. Too early in the day for me. lol

Here's hoping the schools improve! DD1 is going into Y6 in September. Time to put my head down and avoid all the paranoid parents who need to talk compulsively about senior school.

ML well hope you have more luck with the twins walking than i do with ds...he will walk until he gets bored then throws himself on the floor..lol So for my own sanity a twin pram i think is more important for the longer days out

I know, such a scary thought.

Right off to get myself some breakfast and watch Something Special with the DTs.

I can only leave them playing with the big ones for so long before the place gets completely trashed... and as it's not mine..................

chat later, though the weather looks good and we may escape for the day.

Well, you and your friends are very welcome to pop in

bettyp · 12/08/2005 10:07

So do they all recline slightly in the front?

MarsLady · 13/08/2005 18:41

yeah! they are all the same at the front.

Have you seen one close up or online?

2became4 have some. In fact there's one in members profiles. Lockets posted one. You should (I think) get a clear view. hth

I finally seen one today, and looking at it there's not much leg room in the back is there???

Nemo1977 · 18/08/2005 22:08

betty mine arrived this week and I sat my ds in the back seat as I thought the same. He is 22mths and has plenty of leg room in the back seat which surprised me. He also loves it..lol
