SIL pregnant with triplets + abroad

hiya, can someone tell me what the risk are? it was through IVF.

if it safe for her to travel back?
does see need a cervical stitch?
How risky is her pregnancy?

Safe to travel unless is actively contracting bleeding etc if long hall flight might want to break journey
can be checked out by vaginal u/s scan looking at length of cervix where will she come back to in uk>
