I had twin birth at the Lindo about 11 months ago.
One was breech and the other had very low placenta and so I had a c-section. I also had one other medical issue with the second twin that would take too long to go into.
I was in there for I think 5 nights. Staff were absolutely wonderful - cant say enough good things about the midwives there.
I was fine about the suggestion to c section and did not fight it at all. My nightmare would have been to have a natural birth for twin 1 and then need a c section for the second.
The procedure was over very quickly - the aneathetsist (I know I cant spell) was really lovely - a South African bloke who was great throughout.
I had an awful pregnancy and so I felt better and more mobile after the c section then before! - but obviously it does take it out of you and you do need to take it easy afterwards.
We had a 24/6 maternity nurse for three weeks after the birth and she was great - let me rest and just mucked in with babies and chores.
If you want to bf - then do lots of research beforehand - you need to understand how it all works before you have them. I ended up getting a hospital grade pump and expressing for three months which worked for me (and my sister who also had twins) - but I know would not be everyones preferred approach.
In hindsight I would not change a thing about the birth and think the Lindo is fab!
Good luck and congratulations!!
