Hi I am 16 weeks pregnant with triplets and want to try and arrange for someone to come and help us with at least night feeding for the first few weeks that the babies are home next year. Can anyone provide suggestions on how to find suitable people? I am starting my research early!
thanks alot

hi

Firstly..... congratulations on your exciting news!

Secondly....I am a night nanny and am based in Herts.

Mummy Knows Best

I do know other night nannies and may be able to point you in the direction of them if I'm not local to you.

Some of the london based agencies are also very good - they were very thorough at checking my cv and refs closely.

You can email me through my website if you have any questions at all

COngratulations on your fab news. We have twins and had a great night nanny who I know has done triplets recently. She is based in North London - let me know if that is any use and I will give you her details.

We also had a brilliant 24/6 maternity nurse for the first three weeks who lives in Aberdeen and will travel anywhere - again let me know if you want her details.

GettingBiggerBird · 15/10/2008 13:21

Lulururu, could I butt in and ask for the details of your East London night nanny - I am based in Hackney and having twins in a few weeks.

i have twin experience too...... i am finishing with my twins this Friday

These are my second set of twins.

I am very keen to get triplet experience and as such will be happy to charge the same rate as a singlton.

Hi Phraedd
I keep getting asked about night nannies my by clients in my twin antenatal classes do you know anyone in berkshire/oxfordshire??

phraedd · 16/10/2008 09:46

hi galaxymummy

I'm afraid most of the night nannies i know tend to cover london or surrey.

I will drive up to about 45 minutes for a night job and am based in St Albans. I think that puts me out of the equation also.

Sorry

lulururu · 16/10/2008 11:20

hi gettingbiggerbird - this is the night nanny i know. this is her mobile and her name is aimee 07745812076 good luck, she's very nice and hopefully is available

GettingBiggerBird · 17/10/2008 12:00

Lulururu - many thanks, number noted in the emergency area of my diary! I hope we'll manage but just in case we need a night or 2 of sanity for a few weeks...

Kate1973 · 17/10/2008 13:31

thankyou very much for all the suggestions so far! We live in West Berkshire so we need someone who is either willing to travel or is local to the area. I will follow up with those of you who've provided ideas. Many thanks

Hi Kate,
I have been contacted by someone from a previous multiples antenatal class in reading who recommended www.nightnannies.co.uk
I have contact with a triplet mum in reading too if it would be useful to chat to someone who has been through what you are going through now
You can get hold of me at [email protected]
