Twin toddler life … you will be able to handle it!

I’m 30 and I have 2 year old twin boys.
They’re potty trained and although not speaking more than 2 words at a time their speech is vastly improving and they can tell us what they want more.

They go to sleep by 8pm and wake up at 8am except for nursery days.

Taking them out is still CHAOS and the tantrums are every 5 seconds. They still destroy everything but they’re cute and cheeky and funny.
I work part time and I feel I can handle them so much better now… my mental health is better I am able to get small breaks here and there (their daytime nap is a savior) and I’ve lost my pregnancy weight and look like myself again.

If you’re in the awful trenches, it will slowly get better. You have to work really hard to keep yourself sane and happy but you will get your light back.

I am so damn proud of myself for getting through this, my husband has been an amazing dad too.

Aww that is so lovely to read! Well done for getting through the baby years. Awesome job to you both.

Sounds like you’ve worked really hard and it’s paying off Smile
