When one of identical twins has a bigger appetite than the other what advice is there?

2 year old identical twins. Both eat very well but if one twin appears to eat more regularly is there any advice or suggestions. Does it matter?

Even identical twins are different. Just feed to demand and let them lead it!
Appetites, illness, tastes ... it's individual.

Jesus… they are different people, not one person duplicated???

Encourage healthy eating, make sure they are getting nutrients, speak to doctor if one is not getting enough cals or losing weight.

Thanks that is the reply I was hoping for but have been very interested in the findings of Professor Tim Spectre who studied over a thousand ID's and refers to the difference in Biomes

I have identical twins with different appetites as babies. Dtd1 was 6 ozs lighter at birth. A snacky bf. A light eater she is easily distracted and won’t eat anything she doesn’t like. However I’m amazed how much food she can pack away when she loves it. Pretty sure she has consumed own body weight in lamb chops and sushi. The difference in weight has increased to about a kilo but both within a healthy range. Dtd2 is an inch taller which I put down to better nutrition. Always been a more dependable eater from bf till now, they are 9. When they were babies I sat the high chairs apart as she’d help herself to double dinners from her sisters tray.
