Ultrasound at 5w6days twins?

Hello,

New here! Had a viability scanning at what I thought was 7 weeks, but adjust 5w 6 days.

Anyways, they looked interested in my ultrasound ( I have a small guess it’s twins). Curious if anyone else had a similar ultrasound and what the results were.

If it was twins I would of expected they would of told you. My twins were seen at my viability scan
