Twins not eating well after 12 week vaccination

Hi,
My 3 month old twin babies had their vaccination yesterday, they have been irritable and abit feverish for which I have been giving them paracetamol but they are also not feeding well. Usually take 90 ml every 3 hours, now they're only having 60 ml that too not easily.
They didn't lose their appetite last time they had the vaccination, is this a cause of concern?

Hiya

My girls were super sleepy after theirs which meant they only took 4 bottles that day instead of normal 5 and they took less on some feeds. We were just led by what they wanted.
Normally things are fine aslong as they are still feeding (even if small amounts) and having wet nappies.

Obviously if you are concerned call 111 but hopefully you will see them back to their normal feeding today/tomorrow. Xx

Hi thanks for your reply. Today they fed abit better than yesterday although it seems their appetite hasn't returned yet. Nappies are wet as usual but they are generally irritable and lots of crying (they are happy babies otherwise never gave me a hard time until now)
