Nursery furniture

So I know I'm getting a little ahead of myself at the moment but been looking out of curiosity really I guess. There is literally nowhere I've found that does a set fit for twins so 2 cot/beds. Because unless you get white your unlikely to find something as close as possible without being a slightly different wood colour. I was looking to use the set my little boy currently has and just getting another cotbed to match (I'm quite ocd when it comes to this so not matching isn't an option I'm afraid) then getting my boy some new bits instead. So unless I manage to find it on a selling page on Facebook or suchlike and just get a new mattress it's not looking promising 😔

My nursery furniture is from Tutti Bambini. They either sell things as sets or seperately. So i bought 1 x cot bed and 1 x change table as a set and then 1 x cot bed seperately as it worked out slightly cheaper.

Could you repurpose the existing cot bed and use it either in your room or downstairs as a shared place for both twins to nap in the day or sleep in your room overnight?

Then you can get a matching set for the Nursery for when they are over 6m and can go in there overnight?

Saves buying two Moses baskets/cribs for your room or downstairs.

I'm expecting twins (only 9w so early days yet) and planning on putting them in the same cot, certainly to start with.

You could just buy two cots and get the nursery furniture without. I'm not bothering with a nursery this time
