AGAIN!!!

I saw friends 2wk old 4lb twins today - and I wish they were mine.....I want twins again....I want another baby...I'd even have triplets (well maybe not)....

Newborn babies make me broody, bumps make me broody but boy these gorgeous twins have really turned me upside down

You are a loon! Gorgeous as they can be, you are a loon.

lesliephillips · 04/05/2007 07:21

oh my god you are completely nuts they are lovely and twice as nice but - no way!

frumpygrumpy · 04/05/2007 09:39

Do you have any video of the dodgy bits first time round? Play it, non stop, round the clock, loudly, for just a week. Then decide

p.s. remember this time round you'd have twins plus twins

PeachyChocolateEClair · 04/05/2007 09:43

My nan had a few sets of twins (she did have 16 kids though), she never left her bed after the age of 45!!

Not as if its something you can order anyway is it?

Twinmummyx2 · 04/05/2007 10:22

Awwww, i get sooo broody too. Are your set identical or non-id??? if they are non-id there is a strong chance you would have another set like i did!

SlightlyMadSkyscraper · 04/05/2007 12:56

no - they are id...so no more likely to have another set than Joe public......

Still want them tho - although I have to say I missed out on the proper newborn but as they spent first 3m in special care. Maybe I wouldn't feel like this if I had first set home from day 1.....

ITS NOT FAIR...I WANT HER DTDs!!!!!

You never know, i have read a few stories of people having ids and non-ids. But very rare i am sure. Having 1 would mean less chance of special care so you would get your 'newborn feeling'...so you can't lose really

I will send you some twin vibes...

twin vibes

frumpygrumpy · 04/05/2007 20:26

I will send wine

FiveFingeredFiend · 04/05/2007 20:29

Dear GOD! i would rather poke myself i the eyse with hot fish hooks

nappyaddict · 09/05/2007 19:39

my cousin has identical twins and she was told there was an 85% chance she would have twins again. her and her dp really want a girl but this information but them off trying as they have 4 children. that's really annoyed me that they were told duff information!

Leoladyofleisure · 10/05/2007 10:23

Thinking about the pregnancy again is enough to put me off FOREVER, and I had a very good one and my wonderful boys avoided special care!

Leoladyofleisure · 10/05/2007 10:25

Sorry back again..... isn't it funny the number of poeple that come up to ooogle your twins and tell you that they always dreamed of having twins !

Twinmummyx2 · 10/05/2007 12:50

I've never heard that of identical twins. It is true with non-id's. 70% chance of having another multiple pregnancy if you concieve within the first year of having twins, and then the percentage goes down slightly in the years after.

Leo...i find that too, they seem like really genuine nice people. The people that give out the 'rather you than me' sayings are probably just jealous...lol

maycontainstress · 10/05/2007 12:52

I too want to be pregnant with twins. My id DTS are 6.5 and though it was hard in the beginning, it was like winning the lottery, double the fun and love, love, love.

I would LOVE another set of twins, I wish it were a high possiblity for us, I don't think the chances are any higher for me either.

Slightlymad, at least you have the teeny yummy babies to coo over and then leave and relax .
