What on earth do I dress my twins in for their christening?

Hello. My DTBs are getting christened in a couple of weeks. They will turn 2 a few weeks later, so are not babies who can be stuck in christening gowns.
What can I dress them in that won't make them look unbearably twee?
Would really appreciate some ideas. Thanks in advance. Smile

I’ve been looking at marks and spencer stuff as it’s doesn’t look so twee! Which I was surprised about.

I have boy girl twins, they were 6 months when they were Christened but we didn’t put them in traditional gowns.

My DD had a very pretty white dress with a floral pattern and a matching cardigan.

My DS had a smart pair of shorts, a little white shirt and a tank top style jumper.

It doesn’t matter really, smart ish but comfy was our aim.

That m&s outfit is very cute
I'm not personally a fan of little boys in suits, looks so uncomfortableness. Something like those dungarees look lovely, otherwise perhaps some little chinos, a shirt and jumper as it is obviously still quite chilly.
