I had an early scan at 6w, thought I saw something smaller as well as baby but nurse said nope just one. Now at 12 weeks I'm very obviously pregnant and my symptoms have been a lot more exaggerated than my previous pregnancies. (Possibly because I'm older and have 3 already though!)
