Any pearls of wisdom for my friend?

My RL friend has just been for her 12 week scan and she's having twins! They don't run in either family so it has come as a bit of a surprise. No wonder she's feeling so rough. She has a DD already who is just 2.

If you have any tips at all, please could you post them here and I will print them for her.

I have a large pearl of wisdom for her. Point her in the direction of our regular thread where we mums struggling with our DTs meet hourly, daily, weekly, whatever. We have the full range on there, mums with toddler twins, mums with older twins, mums with newborn twins, mums expecting twins, mums with twins plus 1, plus 2, plus 3 and one plus 4 soon and one mum of triplets. We have grown in size lately! We come on and help each other through it all. We laugh, cry, complain, fall apart, and mostly have a giggle. We are a friendly bunch and we each of us need each other I think.

Send her over, we'll make a space on the couch .
