Twin pregnancy and gestational diabetes

Hi,

Going to be starting a lot of topics here, I can tell! I had GD last pregnancy. I'd already been told that I'd probably get it again this time, and I now understand that twin pregnancies make it more likely. Any experience? Did it being more than one change the way your diabetes was treated?

I have gestational diabetes and expecting twins - is anyone in same boat??

I had twins last year and had gestational diabetes. It was annoying but babies came healthy and their sugars were fine .

I've had a twin pregnancy and didn't have gestational diabetes, but I did end up having preeclampsia.
