very early pregnancy symptoms?

Did anyone "know" very early on? Even before you could take a pregnancy test? If so what are they?

I knew within a week of conceiving in all of my pregnancies.

I have a feeling, but its only day 6 after my coil removed, we had sex the day before it was taken out, I had slight bleeding Sunday to Tuesday. Yesterday I had pain in my side of my back and front, been crying loads,but with my dd j didn't know until I was 8 weeks gone,
