Did anyone use a support belt whilst pregnant with twins?

Am only 18 weeks but bump is huge and it's making it hard to walk. I feel like I need some sort of support.

Can anyone recommend a decent support belt?

Nexcare -Brilliant. Expensive, but still, brilliant.

I got ones from my physio. I think I was refered by the midwife. It made a HUGE difference. I was much more comfortable with it on.
