Mums of IVF Twins - HCG Levels in early pregnancy

Hi guys,

Just a QQ for those of you who had twins via IVF, or had your HCG levels monitored.

I have had two very high bHCGs; 1084 at 18dpo and 3064 at 20dpo. I did have two embryos put back so there is every possibility it is twins but I have also had high bHCG in a previous (MC'd) PG (616/1864)

I know levels really do vary between people, it was just curiousity Smile

It was. Convinced I was going to lose the pg as had bleeding from 12dpo to 15dpo. It's why they did an extra beta-HCG at 16dpo to try to confirm whether pg viable.

I was told the "average" beta is 1500 (for a singleton) at 21dpo and taking my 3,169 into account (plus bleed - more common with multiples) I was told to be ready for twins xx
