Does anyone know if when you have your twins you get two..

Bounty packs or any other freebies that I got when I had my singleton daughter (2 years ago)??? I have been trying to find out whether there are any packs that are specifically for twins but everything seems to be just for one bub.
In these cash strapped times anything free is great for me

They gave me 2 bounty packs in hospital, full of junk mainly though!

Depends, some do and some wont. I did get two different book packs from the HV. The weaning bounty pack I only got one of.

It's always worth asking though.

They don't but my mother negotiated 2 while I slept. Without giving my details as well which was even better!!! I'd planned to join the library with a year gap for each so we got different books but the children's centre gave me another pack in addition to the one I got from the library.

I got two bounty packs, they had hooded towels in which was nice as I'd not bought any. Was offered two book bags but the books were the same so I declined!

I got one of the pregnancy packs, as there is only one pregnancy (!), one 'night in hospital pack', again because there's only one of me, but two new baby packs.

When it comes to things like the book bags, there are different packs, so you need to ask HV/library/children's centre for different ones.. Might have to get one from one place and one from another to get different ones.

Unfortunately you don't get two of anything else! Two years of maternity leave would've been nice

I got 2 of the birth Bounty packs but they weren't worth having for me. HVs made sure there were different books in my Bookbags which was nice. Can't think of many other things I got two of...

Yep - two bounty bags for me too.

But its full of junk mail - so not worth getting too excited about.

Hi thanks for your replys - I remember the firefodder useless leaflets very well, why they think we need that I dont know. Im hoping that my partner's work do the same thing as they did for our daughter (it was basically a huge bag full of washing powder and nappies and some nivea stuff for me that was nice)

also, do you know if they still do the free Bounty photo anymore?? as tesco says every little helps lol

We got two of both the new mums pack and the newborn packs after the birth. Again mostly rubbish although the twix shortbread bar thing did pick me up at a particularly low moment! We didn't get two of the other bits though.
