I saw [[http://www.mumsnet.com/Talk/local_richmond_upon_thames/1440191-Appeal-for-Paul-Mason-new-father-of-triplets-widowed this
]] on my local mumsnet board and wanted to post it here too in case any of us multiple mums have spare clothing/other things to donate.
Its a very sad story.

This is so so sad. I've just had triplets myself. X

It says in the newspaper article that 'An inquest has been opened and adjourned into Isabel?s death. It heard that the possible cause of death was haemopericardium, which is when blood leaks into the sac surrounding the heart from a cut in an artery'.

I just cannot imagine what he must be going through, it must be hard enough coping with triplets anyway, but to suffer such a bereavement and have to carry on is unimaginable.

So awful :(
My heart goes out to Paul and the little babies.
We have 2YO triplets ourselves, and although donating most of our things to the SCBU that our babies were in, I will get DH to look in the loft tonight for anything that we can send.
We have GGG triplets, not the clothes (if we have much left) may not be much help; but we will look out for anything that might.
Really hope that he has lots of support from his and his wife's family - I know how hard it is coping with newborn trips, let alone suffering from such a bereavement.
I wonder if there are any nanny/au pair agencies in the area that could help? Or if anyone could volunteer to help out?

Unfortunately mumsnet have seen fit to delete the original threads, apparently breaking talk guidelines by asking mumsnetters to support a parent in need. If anyone wants to help then they can contact TAMBA on
[email protected], they are looking for a cot and high chairs in particular.
