Anyone used a Jane Powertwin +1 pram?

Has anyone used one of these and how did they get on? It would be for a tall 2yr old and a newborn.

powertwins are great, I have onbe for my twins, but they are ideal for your situation too. The baby can go in a car seat or in the back seat and there is plenty of room for a toddler - the seats are nice and roomy. My three year old can sit in one wiht plenty of space.

Does the front seat drop back when the car seat is on the back?

yep, or u can take the seat padding off altogether and just leave the wire frame and fold that down - which is what I did. The back seat does recline fully for a newborn, but the car seats are snugger so I used them for quite a while. I love my powertwin, but it is a monster to fit in the car, so I'm not getting to use it as much as I want to.

Fine thanks 5weeks on wed so early days yet. Planning ahead to see what we need to save up for .

After scan will go and have a look at some prams but DH and I like the look of this pram so thought I would get some feedback from someone who has used one. Then we should know if twins or single baby and if we have to accomadate 2 newborns of a newborn and toddler!! Can't believe how expensive they are. Got a cheap on first time round and its falling to pieces already.

Sickness seems alot better, just getting dizzy spells and sciatica of all things now!!!

ooh hope that passes soon. The powertwin isn't not much good for twins and a toddler as you can't put a buggyboard on it, so you gonna have to keep hoping it jsut one in there. The powertwin is expensive but the resale value on it is very high if you look on ebay, so that helps a bit. I've got the jane and a maclaren twin traveller and I much prefer the jane. the other is just for when we are all in the car, cos then I can't get the jane in.
