telling id twins appart

Just found out I'm pg with ID twins. I know this sounds really stupid but how do we tell them appart - I'm terrified we'll keep giving them each others names and forgetting which is which!

I painted DD1s toenails pink and DD2s lilac when they still had on their hospital bracelets. I think DD1 has bigger eyes and DD2 slightly more sticky out ears but Dh doesn't see it! My best friends from universitys dad still gets her brothers mixed up as he forgets who has the facial hair. They are 28 now!

And my mother had admitted to me she can only tell my sister and I apart in photos because of what clothes we're wearing or which house it's been taken in!

I was worried too, I kept their hospital bracelets on for ages and painted their big toes
Honestly, you will just know, as someone said before if I come into a room and DP is holding one I have to look but can always tell on inspection, it's much easier when they are next to each other.
My girls are now 5 months old, and I'm honestly loving it, best feeling in the world being a twin mum. We are very special
