Hi, I am pregnant and found out at an early scan that it is twins! Utter disbelief and have first scan week before Christmas. I am currently 9wks+4. I have a pain across the front of my stomach that feels like it could be trapped wind or acid. It's not like period pain which is the usual cramping-type feeling I've had. It's sore to touch so if I massage my belly it hurts. Does anyone know if this is usual growing type pains of my uterus stretching?
