Whatever they get they will fight! We always buy our dts different things or at least different colours. when they have had things the same they fight over them as they will notice a tiny scratch or other almost invisible difference and decide that is the one they want.

It depends on the twins but I would recommend 2 things very similar, lego is always great as the kids can never have too much and can do very different things with similar stuff.

A present for each twin is great - I always prefer 'similar but different' things, so your lego suggestion sounds good to me. :)

Its lovely that you've put so much thought into this. Smile Lots of people don't! I think you are on the right lines. Other suggestions could be a couple of cheap DVDs. Or a craft item such as a bead kit for one, and a painting kit for another.

You could go for completely different things like a ball for one and a jigsaw for the other of one is sporty and the other is more problem solving type, but this really depends on how well you know the kids. And like other say they will fight whatever!

If mine get different presents they argue and cry, but most people tend to get them the same thing but different colours, ie handbag, barbie etc (they are girls!) And mine adore lego!
