Can we change the colour of our skin?

So today DS1 (now four years old) says: "Can we change the colour of our skin?"

Here we go, I think, isn't it a bit early for this? (Me, mixed race W Africa/W Europe, DH England). "Why do you want to change the colour of your skin?"

"I don't like this colour."

"What colour would you like to be?"

"I think green. Green, all over, like a frog."
