I am Punjabi Hindu going through a separation after 16yrs, I have 2 boys aged 13 &10. I could do with some advice as personally I don’t know anyone who’s Asian who has been through this and as many of u Asians know it’s talked about either in the community. Anyway my H is from India and although we got married here so far I have been very happy. Up and till he accused me of having affair! (I haven’t as I 2 have been bought up old school style) anyway I still say after 8mths I think he has some sort of mental health? My family support me all the way as I left bk in nov as my H had pushed me so far 2 the part I was sucidal. I still love my H very much & I do have a tiny bit of hope but it doesn’t look like it as I left my home which was above our business with my boys. He sees them at weekends but in the meantime he’s being very stubborn 2 the part he won’t sign to sell the business. Our business has no £££ left and I have a person who’s Willing 2 pay gud £££ for it. But he says I’m trying 2 make him homeless & penniless when I know by law he’s entitled to 50%. My family have tired & tired 2 help him by offering him a free flat but no he’s not doing it. The thing is my sons future £££ is tied up in the business without selling willl never get it bk & I don’t have any more £££ as back up. What do I do?????
