Hi i'm sure i saw it before on here but i cant seem to find the thread. I have some lamb shoulder chops in the freezer and i would like to curry them jamaican style for my dp who is such a purist. I have here rajah hot curry powder, scotch bonnets could i please have some recipes for slow cooking. I know that when my dp family make curry goat they do not add water when boiling it down they only use the natural fat and juices that come out from the goat meat. We have a small westindian food shop here so i can possibly get hold of some other jamaican ingrediants iF needed. Please list as you like so i can pick the best which i think he will like. Also i love fried plantin how do you do this.

Thanks
