It either feels nice or looks nice

I've used a lovely masque which means it is very soft

If I don't it's crispy and hard

But when it's soft - it's frizzy

Help??

the only way of sorting the hair is by trying diffo products & when you find the right product stick to it .Its all trial & error i'm afraid.
good luck.
