Any experiences of PND in Switzerland?

I've been living in Switzerland for a year and a bit, and think I might be suffering from post natal depression. I'm really nervous about talking to the doctor about this. Anyone who lives/has lived in Switzerland know what the attitude is here? I've heard that in France it's still a very taboo subject.

any good experiences would really help me to get help.

Hi footprint,
I'm sorry to hear you are suffering. I grew up in Switzerland(French speaking) and neighbouring France and although I have no direct experience of PND I would definitely not feel embarassed/uncomfortable about raising the issue with doctor. I always found doctors there very thorough and ready to listen.
Hope you find help soon.
