car insurance. Fortis versus Sainsbury

Does anyone have any experience of using Fortis for car insurance please? I have been with Sainsbury for a while and they have been okay but Fortis (via M&S) are coming out £40 cheaper this year. But are they any good on customer service does anyone know please?

car insurance highly commoditised so much of muchness these days. would go with lower price.
