Do you know your tax code? I have an Inland Revenue Tax calculation disc.

nutcracker · 30/06/2005 20:16

No tax before £400+ a month and you don't start paying NI until about the same level - so none on that much, nutty

nutcracker · 30/06/2005 20:21

Oh really, wow thats great then

Right i will apply asap then and then keep every single crossable thing on my body crossed

Also, would appear to be below Minimum Threshold for paying Tax.

Milliways · 30/06/2005 20:22

Oops - "check before posting" she mutters.

charliecat · 30/06/2005 20:24

It would eat into your CTC though nutty

Chickyboo · 02/07/2005 19:12

I earn similar amount per mth but I'm self-employed, I don't pay tax as don't earn enough but I do pay low earner NI rates about £10 per quarter.

nutcracker · 02/07/2005 19:54

I have checked on the CTC on the website CC and i think it would be ok. My CTC would be reduced but with my wages we would still be about £40 a week better off.

Will ring up and check this tohugh if I get an interview. I handed the form in today so fingers crossed.
