Anyone with Eon for Gas and Electricity - are the ok?

Just about to switch to them! TIA

We're with them and they've been OK must admit though I've signed up to another company today though as Eon are no longer the cheapest for us

They've increased my direct debit a couple of times when the bills didn't really warrant it. I phoned, they checked and cancelled the increase. Also once we were in credit by quite a bit and they had to refund it, I had to ask though, it wasn't automatic. Advisors always reasonable to deal with though.

I'd stay with them or would switch back to them if they were cheaper for us.
