Is there an Bank/BS/PO account my 12yo can have?

Which has a card she can get money out of the Post office

I'm not too worried about paying in as I can do that but she wants to get money out herself

I have a natwest card but I'm not sure if they do a child's version

MN has so much up-to-date info I thought I'd ask here before trawling through all the companies

My 11-yr-old has a Nationwide Smart account which has a Link cashcard. We can use that at our Post Office, but I don't know if all POs do it.

Thanks I'll have a look at that tomorrow
