Just had a phonecall off our letting agent saying we haven't paid our rent this month. It goes out of DPs account, but I will bet that it has been paid, as they have tried this on nearly every month, even though we pay on time every single time. There must be a problem in their computer system or something.
I hope they are passing our rent on to the landlord, or else the landlord could think it is our fault and try and chuck us out.
Is there anything we can do, apart from always telling them to recheck?
Seems odd they have only noticed today anyway, considering rent is due on the 10th of each month.
