If you leave your job when your maternity leave runs out do you get your holiday pay ?

I only work(ed) a couple of night shifts a week, i'd planned to go back but i can't bare to leave DS for that long and they cant accomodate me working less hours. The money's crap anyway so i couldnt gve a toss whether they hate me or not.
