dh said that money expert dot com advises that nothing will be settled until a current court action case has settled the whole thing

not that i don't believe him = but i don't, he is inherently lazy and we could do with the money as he resigned last week

I read that too custardo, I took from it that it could be along time before any settlements are made but you could have your paperwork in the system anyway, so I like your dh haven't bothered
