contents insurance: mobile phone covered too

does anyone know of a good insurer that will cover my mobile too have looked online but just come out of hospital so i am very thick! can anyone help i need to be able to pay monthly

I think mobile phones are covered under most household policies as personal possessions or something? I'm sure they are with Direct Line because I rang up and checked when I was getting the hard sell on mobile phone insurance that cost half as much as my entire home contents policy.
