Hecate - was it you with the great spreadsheet for household bills?

I seem to remember a thread a while back when the credit crunch hit and I'm sure someone said that they had a great spreadsheet for their money. I used to be anal about our money, it dropped off once we had children and 4 years later surprise surprise we are not on top of everything.
I know our income can cover our outgoings but we seem to be frittering money away at the moment and going overdrawn.

If anyone has a good spreadsheet or can point me to one so that I can start being anal about money again I would be very grateful!
