We've had 2 power cuts recently - 1/2 hour and 1 hour. Both involved house alarms going off, one at 01.00. Just appears to be local to our road.
Who do I complain to? Sent email to United Utilities who have replied saying I should contact my own suppler??????? Surely everyone in the street could have a different supplier. Tried to ring United Utilities yesterday ( couldn't get through) but message did refer to reporting power outtages.
Anyone? Am feeling ranty. Thank you.
